Hillary R. Clinton Short Biography
Born on 26 Oct 1947 in Chicago, Illinois, United States, Hillary Rodham Clinton is a lawyer, former United States senator, and former first lady.
Clinton graduated from Wellesley College in 1969, she then entered Yale Law School, and it was here that she began taking an interest in family law.
From the 1970s to the 1990s, Clinton started working with programs that aided children. Clinton was named one of America’s 100 most influential lawyers in 1988 and 1991. In 1983 Clinton was named Arkansas Woman of the year.
Clinton played a pivotal role in her husband’s presidential campaign in 1992. In 2001, Clinton took her seat as a senator, during her time as a senator she pushed for better healthcare and advocating for children.
In 2009, Clinton was selected by then-President Barack Obama as Secretary of State, she served until 2013 when she resigned.
Clinton ran for the 2016 presidential elections but lost to Donald Trump. In 2020, Clinton released her documentary film entitled Hillary, it made its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.
