What is

It is about inspiring people through the power of quotes.

Why is this important?

It is crucial!

Now, listen to this…

I was never a big fan of quotes until in my late twenties. I had 5 consecutive failed businesses and my relationships were in a mess.

Before I hit 30, I had accumulated debts of 6 digits.

Being depressed was inevitable for a young man who has lost almost everything in his life. I wanted to commit suicide more times than my failed businesses.

However, in times of desperation, I prayed and finally mustered enough energy to go online and search for “the meaning of life” on google.

That was I could do.

Friends who knew I was depressed recommended me books like Man’s Search for Meaning and Tuesdays with Morrie.

I appreciated the care and concerns but little did they know that under that circumstances, picking up a book was like wanting to bench press 150 pounds when I haven’t been to the gym in a decade.

There was no way I could read an entire book in that state.

But I knew I could read a quote. Perhaps, even a few quotes.

So that’s what I did, I went online to search for quotes and after a little searching, a few good quotes started resonating with me. And then a few more.

Of course, there were also a lot of gimmicky, cheesy, and worst of all, misleading quotes.

I discarded more than 90% of the quotes and focused on less than 10% that inspired me.

That was when I realized how POWERFUL quotes really are.

The right words at the right time can be life-altering.

Reading quotes didn’t immediately cure my depression but it gave me a little hope.

Little but surely, I started feeling better and I started writing down quotes in my notebooks.

After many months of jotting down, I decided to stop wasting paper and started to start my little habit digitally (hence the birth of this blog).

Now, quotes are no longer just about me.

It is about sharing and inspiring people in the form of quotes.

Why Gracious Quotes Matter?

Common sense tells you to stand up when you fall. But common sense does not always equate to common actions.

Reading quotes can remind you of that. And repetition is the key to learning.

If reading a quote can inspire you to be just 1% better, it has done its job.

But who wants to settle for only 1% improvement?

So imagine reading just 5-10 good quotes every day… what will happen by the end of 1 week, 1 month, 1 year?

Don’t look down on the minor insignificant things because when you line up enough small things, it will have the power of the domino-effect to knock down even a monstrous mountain.

We put in 100% of our hearts and minds to make this a conducive environment so you can learn quickly and be inspired with less time.

Our quotes are sourced and curated professionally with love, we tend to leave out gimmicky and shady quotes that are not edifying for you.

I’m not saying that we are the best quote website, though we are striving earnestly for that.

But what I’m saying is that you should make reading quotes a daily habit.

Last But Not Least
